LAWALL**\n\nPursuant to Local Rule of Civil Procedure 83.1(d) of the United State District Court for the District of Connecticut, incorporated herein by Local Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1001-1, David M. S. Shaiken, Esq., a member of the Bar of this Court and a member of the firm of Shipman, Shaiken & Schwefel, LLC, respectfully moves this Court to enter an Order admitting Francis J. Lawall *pro hac vice* on behalf of Bravo Luck Limited (\"Bravo\") in the above-referenced bankruptcy action. In support of this motion, the undersigned represents the following:\n\n1. Francis J.
