An insurer is liable only for the proportion of liability it has underwritten. An insurer is not jointly liable for the proportion of liability underwritten by any other insurer. Nor is an insurer otherwise responsible for any liability of any other insurer that may underwrite this contract.\n\n45\n\nThe proportion of liability under this contract underwritten by an insurer (or, in the case of a Lloyd's syndicate, the total of the proportions underwritten by all the members of the syndicate taken together) is shown next to its stamp. This is subject always to the provision concerning \"signing\" below.\n\nIn the case of a Lloyd's syndicate, each member of the syndicate (rather than the syndicate itself) is an insurer. Each member has underwritten a proportion of the total shown for the syndicate (that total itself being the total of the proportions underwritten by all the members of the syndicate taken together). The liability of each member of the syndicate is several and not joint with other members. A member is liable only for that member's proportion. A member is not jointly liable for any other members proportion. Nor is any member otherwise responsible for any liability of any other insurer that may underwrite this contract. The business address of each member is Lloyd's, One Lime Street. London EC3M 7HA. The identity of each member of a Lloyd's syndicate and their respective proportion may be obtained by writing to Market Services, Lloyd's, at the above address.\n\n#### 1.2 Proportion of liability\n\nUnless there is \"signing\" (see below), the proportion of liability under this contract underwritten by each insurer (or, in the case of a Lloyd's syndicate, the total of the proportions underwritten by all the members of the syndicate taken together} is shown next to its stamp and is referred to as its \"written line\".\n\nWhere this contract permits, written lines, or certain written lines, may be adjusted (\"signed\"). In that case a schedule is to be appended to this contract to show the definitive proportion of liability under this contract underwritten by each insurer (or, in the case of a Lloyd's syndicate, the total of the proportions underwritten by all the members of the syndicate taken together}. A definitive proportion (or, in the case of a Lloyd's syndicate, the total of the proportions underwritten by all the members of a Lloyd's syndicate taken together) is referred to as a \"signed line\". The signed lines shown in the schedule will prevail over the written lines unless a proven error in calculation has occurred.\n\nAlthough reference is made at various points in this clause to \"this contract\" in the singular, where the circumstances so require this should be read as a reference to contracts in the plural.\n\nLMA3333 21 *June* 2007\n\n#### 2 **Security Schedule**\n\nThis Security Schedule has been prepared by us for your ease of reference to identify the subscribing Underwriters or Insurer and their respective proportions (as a percentage of our order} on the above referenced insurance contract.\n\nIn respect of vessels with Regulatory Risk Location of Various - Worldwide in accordance with Lloyd's Licences but excluding Monaco and any territory within the European Economic Area (EEA}:\n\nIn respect of vessels with Regulatory Risk Location of Monaco and any territory within the European Economic Area (EEA}:\n\n| Insured with | 100% Lloyd's Underwriters (as below} | Insured with | 100% Lloyd's Insurance Company SA Reinsured by Lloyd's syndicates (as below} | | | |\n|--------------|--------------------------------------|-------------------------|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------|--|--|--|\n| 100.0000% | | 100.0000% | | | | |\n| Percentage | Insurer | Percentage | Insurer | | | |\n| 33.3400% | Lloyd's syndicate 1036 COF | 33.3400% | Lloyd's Insurance Company SA 5315 COF. International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage \n\n医疗保险不承保；\n\n- a) 任何人员；\n\t- 1. \n\n指定人应为 London Maritime Arbitrators' Association（伦敦海事仲裁员协会）主席：\n\nL.M.A.A.\n\nc/o the Baltic Exchange（波罗的海交易所），\n\n38 St. Mary Axe，\n\nLondon, EC3A 8BH\n\n仲裁的所有费用均由仲裁庭酌定；仲裁庭可指示由何人、向何人以及以何种方式支付该等费用。 Hull and/or Club insurers（船体和/或保赔协会保险人）提供有关该等转让或权益的书面证明，否则任何对本保险或根据本保险可能或将要应付的任何款项的转让或权益，均不对 Underwriters（承保人）具有约束力，亦不获承保人承认。 Courts of England and Wales（英格兰和威尔士法院）管辖。 Marine Hull and/or their War Risks and/or their P&I Underwriters（船体和/或战争风险和/或保赔险承保人）已正式告知被保险人该潜在损失、损害或责任可能因网络攻击而产生的日期后，立即向承保人发出通知。 \n\nSIG Co Management Services (IoM)
