Despins, the Chapter 11 Trustee in the above-captioned chapter 11 cases, (together, the \"Applicant\") filed the *First Interim Application of Neubert, Pepe, and Monteith, P.C., for Reimbursement of Expenses for the Period from July 8, 2022 through February 28, 2023* on April 18, 2023 (the \"Application\"). After notice and a hearing held on May 2, 2023, and no objection to the Application having been filed by the Office of the United States Trustee, and in the absence of any other objection to the Application; it is hereby\n\n1.
