V&L 应根据《破产法典》、《破产程序规则》、《本地破产规则》的适用条款以及本法院的任何适用裁定，提交中期和最终费用申请，以核准所提供服务的报酬并报销相关费用。\n\n4. 本文准予的救济对在本第11章案件中指定的任何第11章受托人具有约束力，或在随后本第11章案件转换为第7章案件的情况下对指定的任何第7章受托人具有约束力。\n\n4. 5. 如果《聘用协议》、本申请与本裁定之间存在任何不一致之处，应以本裁定的规定为准。\n5. 6. 郭先生和 V&L 获准采取一切必要或适当的步骤来执行本裁定。\n\n7. 无需本法院进一步裁定，Verdolino & Lowey, PC 获准采取一切必要行动，在与美国受托人办公室签订了授权托管协议的金融机构中，代表债务人开设并维护一个隔离存款账户，该账户应 (i) 仅指定为“DIP 账户”，且 (ii) Verdolino & Lowey, PC 的 Craig Jalbert 应为唯一授权签字人。\n\n6. 《聘用协议》应视为已按如下方式修改，无需任何当事方发出进一步通知或采取进一步行动：\n\n- a. 出现在第1页的“开设和维护 DIP 账户，并在必要时进行款项拨付，以及”字样应予以删除。\n- b. 出现在第2页的“对可能出现的、并由您或债务人指示的任何其他事项和任务提供一般咨询和协助”字样应予以删除，并替换为“提供会计服务并协助遵守您在破产法院各项裁定下以及《破产法典》其他规定下的财务义务”。\n\n7. 尽管有本申请或《聘用协议》的任何规定，Verdolino & Lowey, PC 均无权代表债务人开设、维护或担任所设立的任何存款或投资账户的授权签字人。\n\n8. 本裁定的条款和条件应在签署后立即生效并具有执行力。\n\n9. 本法院应保留管辖权，以听取并裁决因执行、解释或强制执行本裁定而产生或与之相关的所有事项。\n\n日期：\n\nBridgeport, Connecticut（康涅狄格州布里奇波特）\n\nHonorable Julie A.
