As the Court is aware, a status conference is scheduled for Tuesday, February 27, 2024\n\nat 1:00 p.m. in the within Chapter 11 cases.\n\n2. Sam Della Fera, Jr., Esq., who will be appearing on behalf of Mei Guo at the status conference has a scheduling conflict on that date. He is scheduled to appear at two hearings in the New Jersey Bankruptcy Court at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. In that regard, CSG wishes to participate in the status conference remotely via the Court's Zoom.gov platform.\n\n<span id=\"page-0-0\"></span><sup>1</sup> The Debtors in these chapter 11 cases are Ho Wan Kwok (also known as Guo Wengui, Miles Guo, and Miles Kwok, as well as numerous other aliases) (last four digits of tax identification number: 9595), Genever Holdings LLC (last four digits of tax identification number: 8202) and Genever Holdings Corporation.
