The mailing address for the Trustee, Genever Holdings LLC, and Genever Holdings Corporation is Paul Hastings LLP, 200 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10166 c/o Luc A. Despins, as Trustee for the Estate of Ho Wan Kwok (solely for purposes of notices and communications).\n\n<sup>2</sup> Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Order shall have the meanings given to them in the Application.\n\nPeriod; and (iii) granting related relief all as further described in the Application; and upon consideration of the Application, and the Court having jurisdiction over this matter pursuant 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334, and notice of the Application was adequate under the circumstances and no further or other notice of the Application is required; and a hearing having been held on March 25, 2025; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefore,\n\n## IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:\n\n1. in this Order.\n\n2.
