(\"The\n\nSherry-Netherland\") filed its motion seeking to direct Genever Holdings LLC (\"Genever US\") to\n\nidentify a source of funding to pay monthly post-petition maintenance charges [Docket No.\n\n4310] (the \"Motion\").2\n\n**PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE** that, on April 29, 2025, the Court held a hearing\n\non the Motion.\n\n**PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE** that, following the hearing on the Motion, Luc\n\nA.
