P. 9006(c)(1) for expedited consideration of his Application For Order Approving the Appointment Of Chapter 11 Trustee (\"Application\"). In support of the requested relief, the United States Trustee states as follows:\n\n- 1. Ho Wan Kwok, also known as Wengui Guo, Miles Guo, and Miles Kwok, as well as numerous other aliases (\"Debtor\"), filed a voluntary chapter 11 petition on February 15, 2022. ECF 1.\n\t- 2. On June 15, 2022, the Court entered a memorandum of decision and order (the \"Trustee\n\nOrder\") directing the United States Trustee to appoint a chapter 11 trustee (the \"Chapter 11 Trustee\"). ECF 465.\n\n3. The United States Trustee has selected Luc A. Despins to serve as the Chapter 11 trustee and today filed the Application seeking approval of the appointment of Luc A. Despins.\n\n4. Pursuant to Rule 9006(c)(1), the Court may reduce, for cause shown, the time period for consideration of the Application.
