BASSETT**\n\nPursuant to Local Rules of Civil Procedure 83.1 (c) and (d) of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, incorporated herein by Local Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1001-1 and 9083-3, Patrick R. Linsey, a member of the Bar of this Court and a member of the firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. (\"Neubert Pepe\"), respectfully moves (the \"Motion\") this Court to enter an Order admitting Nicholas A. Bassett (\"Mr. Bassett\") *pro hac vice* on behalf of Chapter 11 Trustee Luc A. Despins (the \"Trustee\") in the above-captioned chapter 11 case (the \"Case\"). In support of this Motion, the undersigned represents the following:\n\n1. The Trustee proposes to engage the law firm of Paul Hastings LLP (\"Paul Hastings\"), 2050 M Street NW, Washington, DC 20036, to serve as his counsel and to engage the law firm of Neubert Pepe to serve as his local counsel in this Case. It is anticipated that applications to approve the foregoing will be filed this week.\n\n2. Mr. Bassett is a partner with Paul Hastings. He is a member in good standing of the bar of the State of New York (Registration No. 4469391) and the bar of the District of Columbia (no. 503256) and of the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of Columbia. Mr. Bassett has not been denied admission or disciplined by any Court.\n\n3. Mr. Bassett has executed an affidavit in connection with this Motion which has been attached hereto as Exhibit A.\n\n4. The undersigned counsel is a member in good standing of the bar of the State of Connecticut. The undersigned is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.\n\n5. The undersigned respectfully requests that, pursuant to D. Conn. L. Civ. R. 83.1(d), in the event that this motion is granted, he be excused from attendance at proceedings. In accordance with D.
