Sarah公开介绍Geyer,这个Little Sarah,是喜马拉雅农场联盟最核心的领导层之一。我在文件679，包括文件679之前我写的文件里面，已经指控Geyer的代理协议涉嫌合同欺诈和涉嫌共谋。这些是Brady证据，我认为，检方没有把这些Brady证据提交给辩护律师和法庭。Gavenman的情况，非常类似，也涉嫌合同欺诈和共谋，喜马拉雅农场联盟在其中起到了决定性的作用。并且Gavenman不但代理了一系列喜马拉雅交易所公司实体，还代理了超过100名数字银行投资者，这些实体公司，分布在全世界各地的投资者，如果背后没有人或者组织操控，Gavenman绝对不可能有机会代理这些实体公司和投资者个体。并且，根据检方起诉书，喜马拉雅交易所公司属于企业犯罪分子，犯罪分子来到法庭申请赎回，检方装作视而不见，我想，任何人都无法理解检方为什么对涉嫌违法涉嫌共谋的第三方会从始至终无动于衷。\n\n受托人Luc,是法庭上最特别的第三方，在检方申请对被告申请拘押和拒绝被告申请保释的动议里面，检方指控被告鼓动债权人登记是妨碍司法并且虚假索赔或者叫做毫无根据的索赔，刑事法庭已经认定了检方的指控，对被告审前拘押并且拒绝保释，意味着，刑事法庭已经认定，被告鼓动债权人登记就是妨碍司法虚假索赔。而Luc是受托人，Lud代表的就是破产法庭的超过1000名债权人，而这超过1000名债权人，绝大多数都是被告鼓动其追随者去破产法庭登记而成为的债权人。意味着，受托人背后，绝大多数都是妨碍司法虚假索赔的债权人。检方应该反对Luc,但是，从始至终，检方从来没有反对Luc,我在法庭文件里面看到的是检方与Luc，合作非常密切。上面的表述是按照检方的指控而得出的结。而事实上，检方所谓的被告鼓动债权人登记，与检方指控的妨碍司法虚假索赔，根本就完全不同，检方涉嫌隐瞒破产法庭的关键证据，并且检方涉嫌欺诈刑事法庭。被告在视频直播中说的清清楚楚明明白白，Luc首先接受了G系列的两个投资者，并且索赔金额有问题，既然Luc已经接受了那两个投资者，那么Luc就应该接受所有G系列投资者。这些内容请参考破产法庭文件1191，1334，1335，1345, 1346, 1347, 1357, 1367, 1380, 1388, 1393, 1394, 1418, 1433,
