ego）？等等，还有哪些luc、检方和法官提到的法律概念请战友们补充，然后大家集中讨论出现的这些法律概念，看看是否有被他们忽悠的地方。\n其次是关注郭和王被起诉和被定罪的几个关键点：如破产法庭的代理人luc、债权起诉人拱卒、债权人群体等；刑事案检方的庭审证人、污点证人、盖尔律师、联盟组织、、GTV被判无罪、G系列企业集团（G enterprise）、法治基金、法治社会基金、自诉群体（第三方投资者）等，若有漏掉的请继续补充。大家围绕提到的法律概念观察这些关联和关键点在法庭的站位和对原告与被告的影响，以及对法官和陪审团断案的影响，就能发现里面躲藏的猫腻，或者把猫腻称为老鼠，自诉群体根据老鼠躲藏的位置便能精准抓住老鼠，证明是老鼠偷吃了主人的粮食，不是主人监守自盗。\n        目前看来，只有自诉群体（第三方投资者）没有任何羁绊可以为郭先生无罪翻盘，理由如下：\n一、破产案是民事案，luc追钱会把所谓郭先生的海外钱款的来龙去脉搞得清清楚楚，但这些钱都不是郭先生的钱，因为郭先生既然拉起灭共大旗，他就在走钢丝绳，不会在钱款上给敌人留任何把柄，而且国内对他企业罚款600亿人民币也没有动摇他灭共的信念。反过来看，破产案是一项跨国民事纠纷案，而且是因郭先生担保而引起的，郭先生在直播中说他已经超额还给对方了，这里不赘述。\n二、刑事案立案源自破产案拱卒立案、郭鼓励战友去登记债权人和联盟组织战友到luc家骚扰造成郭干扰司法而逮捕郭。如果仅仅拱卒立案检方不能逮捕郭，但联盟组织战友到luc家骚扰造成的干扰司法必然要逮捕郭。郭鼓励债权人登记是因为郭已经知道大陪审团的最后决定了，要准备对郭动手了，郭顺便再多送进去一些灭爆小组成员。所以，是联盟把郭送到了检方手里，而联盟秘书长就是夏其东🐦，郭知道打扰luc就是干扰司法，因为luc是债权人律师，郭不会如此愚蠢的。郭曾说过有近400灭爆小组成员已经渗透到联盟和各个农场，而且郭不止一次在直播中说过忘掉农场主、忘掉这个那个大V、忘掉铁血组、忘掉郭文贵，现在看来郭知道谁是蒋干，但必须用蒋干，而且还要让蒋干灭蒋干。因为郭做的事情是以卵击石，所以必须先用些石头给卵建立掩体或避难所。\n三、因陪审团判定GTV无罪，luc
