## **NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL**

Luc A. Despins (the "Trustee"), in his capacity as chapter 11 trustee in the above-captioned chapter 11 case of Ho Wan Kwok, hereby withdraws the Trustee's Motion for Entry of Order Compelling JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. to Comply with Rule 2004 Subpoena [ECF No. 1303] (the "Motion") in light of certain production made by JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. to date and the Trustee's expectation regarding further cooperation and compliance by JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. in and with Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2004 discovery. The Motion is withdrawn without prejudice to the Trustee's rights to bring a future motion to compel to the extent that any further disputes arise.
