AUSA Ryan Finkel’s Receipt of Manufactured Perjury: The suppressed exhibits provide incontrovertible written proof that an extrajudicial RICO syndi- cate (known as the ”Alliance/Qingteng”) established a perjury-manufacturing assembly line. This syndicate pre-filled ”victim” remission forms and coerced thousands of investors internationally to mail these fabricated claims directly to Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) Ryan Finkel. The Government’s re- liance on this fruit of the poisonous tree constitutes systemic prosecutorial misconduct.
