Any victims or third parties that have previously filed a Petition for Remission/Mitigation with respect to the assets contained in the Preliminary Order of Forfeiture as to Specific Property/Money Judgment entered against Yanping “Yvette” Wang do not need to file another Petition for Remission/Mitigation with respect to Guo. In the event of a final order of forfeiture is entered for any assets contained in Guo or Wang’s forfeiture orders, the Government will evaluate all Petitions for Remission/Mitigation submitted in this case. Similarly, any victims or third parties that have filed Petitions with the United States District Court, Southern District of New York objecting to the Government’s forfeiture do not need to submit an additional Petition following the entry of Guo’s preliminary forfeiture order. 2025年8月21日更新： 2025年8月11日，法院针对郭文贵签发了《特定财产/金钱判决初步没收令》，其中除其他事项外，没收了郭文贵对特定财产的权益。任何曾就王雁平初步没收特定财产/金钱判决令所涉资产提交减免/赦免请愿书的受害人或第三方，无需就郭文贵另行提交减免/缓刑请愿书。 若郭或王的没收令所涉资产最终被下达没收令，政府将评估本案中提交的所有减免/赦免没收申请。 同样，任何已经向美国纽约南区地方法院提交反对政府没收申请的受害人或第三方，在郭文贵的初步没收令签发后，亦无需再次提交申请。
