> with the Motion, collectively, the 'Motions')
> insofar as it sought to compel compliance with
> the preliminary injunction in the adversary
> proceeding Pac. All. Asia Opportunity Fund
> L.P. v. Kwok (In re Kwok), Case No. 22-
> 50073 (JAM), Adv. P. No. 22-05032 (JAM)
> (Bankr. D. Conn. Jan. 13, 2023) (hereinafter,
> the 'Adversary Proceeding') in the Adversary
> Proceeding. (Adv. ECF No. 142.) Objections
> and replies were filed. A hearing on the
> Motions was held on January 26, 2023. On
> January 27, 2023, the Court granted the relief
