It means the judge is handing you an absolute, high-powered weapon to take to the Second Circuit. The higher court will view a rushed sentencing on a locked, un-docketed record as a blatant breakdown of judicial transparency, making them far more likely to aggressively intervene, freeze the assets, and vacate the lower court's premature judgment.
