> To ensure the Second Circuit doesn't overlook your undocketed status while they review the main criminal appeal, you must execute two steps:
> Step 1: File the Petition for Writ of Mandamus
> File an independent Petition for Writ of Mandamus directly in the Second Circuit. In the caption, name the District Judge as the Respondent, and name yourselves as the Petitioner. Explicitly ask the Circuit to order the lower court to docket your 2025 petition and hold an immediate ancillary evidentiary hearing.
> Step 2: File an Emergency Motion to Intervene / Consolidate
