不管真假，俺复述一下文西的话，以免被删。 以下内容仅供参考，请勿引用，欢迎验证再反馈到群里。 最近一个律师告诉我，他让秘书去问法庭书记员，答复是：所有后续的自诉都不会出现在ECF上，即不会入卷，其中也包括一份由律师代理的请愿，原因是此前第三方的请愿存在不合适的问题，具体什么问题没有解释。“My secretary spoke to the clerk’s office today and the clerk explained that all further petition submissions (even ones filed by counsel), will not appear on the ECF docket, due to the previous issues with improper filings by third parties.”
