> "The District Court's issuance of the Final Judgment on July 2, 2026, represents a flagrant, unconstitutional race to outrun due process. Prior to the entry of this judgment, Petitioner had already properly filed six (6) separate Emergency Motions to Vacate, raising profound, unresolved constitutional crises—including severe medical emergencies and a broken custodial chain of custody. By rushing to stamp a final sentence while consciously suppressing and ignoring these six pending constitutional challenges, the District Court committed a structural error that renders the entire Judgment (ECF No. 860) void as a matter of law."
