> Miles Guo is a complex individual and this is a complex and unique case. For all of the
> reasons discussed in this memorandum and accompanying exhibits, as well as the supplemental
> materials provided and to be provided by counsel, Miles Guo respectfully submits, on the unique
> and complex facts of his life and of this case, and considering all of the sentencing factors which
