Creditors (the "Committee") in the above-captioned chapter 11 case, by and through its undersigned

counsel, filed the Application for authority to retain and employ Pullman & Comley, LLC ("P&C")

as its counsel, effective as of March 29, 2022 (the "Application") [Docket No. 157].

**PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE** that at the hearing on the Application on April 27,

2022, the Application was granted subject to the submission of a clean and blacklined version of the
