**PLEASE TAKE NOTICE** that, on March 24, 2023, the Bankruptcy Court for the

District of Connecticut (the "Court") entered the *Order (A) Granting Application of Chapter 11*

*Kingdom* [Docket No. 1596] (the "Retention Order").

**PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE** that, in accordance with the Retention Order,

Pallas LLP, as UK counsel to Luc A. Despins, as chapter 11 trustee appointed in the chapter 11

cases of Ho Wan Kwok, hereby provides notice that effective January 1, 2025, it will increase its

hourly rates by approximately 10%, on average.2
