respectfully requests the Court's permission to have his undersigned counsel, Attorney Holley

Claiborn, participate remotely by Zoom at the hearing scheduled for 11:00 am on December 13,

2022 ("Hearing") on the Chapter 11 Trustee's Application to Employ Paul Wright as Barrister in

United Kingdom. ECF 1183. This request is made because Attorney Claiborn recently tested

positive for Covid 19 and is currently isolating at home.
