## **WITHDRAWAL OF GENEVER HOLDINGS LLC'S NOTICE OF (I) SELECTION OF NEUBERT, PEPE & MONTEITH, P.C. AS ITS COUNSEL; AND (II) TERMINATION OF SERVICES BY GOLDBERG WEPRIN FINKEL GOLDSTEIN LLP AS COUNSEL**

Genever Holdings LLC, debtor and debtor-in-possession (the "Debtor") in the abovecaptioned chapter 11 case (the "Chapter 11 Case"), hereby withdraws its Notice of (i) Selection of Neubert, Pepe, and Monteith, P.C. as its Counsel; and (ii) Termination of Services by Goldberg Weprin Finkel Goldstein LLP as Counsel (ECF No. 1233). Neubert Pepe & Monteith, P.C. and Goldberg Weprin Finkel Goldstein LLP shall continue to serve as co-counsel in the Debtor's

Chapter 11 Case.
