Julie A. Manning) finding that "[a]lthough the Debtor did not seek to terminate the appointment of the Chapter 11 Trustee under 11 U.S.C. § 1105 or remove the Chapter 11 Trustee under 11 U.S.C. § 324, no grounds exist to terminate the appointment of Chapter 11 Trustee or remove the Chapter 11 Trustee appointed in the Debtor's case" (the "Order").
