Conspiracy Against Rights: I t ' s unclear where did the Government get i t s "thousands of victims" since the vast majority of the tens thousands of the G-series investors like P e t i t i o n e r d o n ' t b e l i e v e they are CVRA "victims". About 1600 people, P e t i t i o n e r is one of them, r e g i s t e r e d as c r e d i t o r s with the Bankruptcy trustee Luc A. Despins of Paul H a s t i n g s in Tr u s t e e Case No. 22-50073 U.S. Bankruptcy Court, D i s t r i c t of CT, with tens b i l l i o n s in claims. Did Luc A. Despins v e r i f y the validity and accuracy of these claims? If not, why not? Did Luc A. D e s p i n s t u r n t h o s e u n v e r i f i e d c l a i m s t o t h e Government and t h e Government use i t as basis to charge Miles Guo? If yes, Petitioner request the Government and the Court to void Petitioner's name from it.
