“On September 29, 2025, within 60 days of the Government notice, Petitioner filed a 3ra Party Pro Se Petition, claiming "NON-VICTIM STATUS, AND INVESTMENT PURPOSE, AND ASSERT INTEREST IN CERTAIN GOVERNMENT FROZEN PROPERTY", by email and USPS. Both got delivery confirmation. d) After Petitioner's 9/29/25 filing, Petitioner noticed that petitions represented by attorneys were docketed and none of the Pro Se petitions was docketed. On November 4h, 2025, Petitioner called the District Court at 212-805-4051. The person who answered phone said: we received large amount of the documents in this case, if you write an email requesting status update, we will forward it to Judge Torres' Chamber. So, on the same day, Petitioner emailed the District Court(pro_se_filing@nysd.uscourts.gov), but Petitioner hasn't heard anything back from Judge Torres' Chamber. Petitioner's Petition is not docketed as of t o d a y.”
