Petitioner is an investor who has filed petition in accordance with 853n and order 720, but it’s not docketed as of today. Upon information and belief, Document 733 demonstrated undeniable facts regarding systemic procedural problems and Brady violations in this case. Under Rule 60d Petitioner asks the court to overhaul property forfeiture process, resolve ongoing disputes & issues before sentencing……..?????
