For all of the reasons discussed in this memorandum and accompanying exhibits, as well as the supplemental materials provided and to be provided by counsel, Miles Guo respectfully submits, on the unique and complex facts of his life and of this case, and considering all of the sentencing factors which the Court must consider, that a sentence substantially below the applicable Guidelines range and the sentencing recommendation in the PSR will be sufficient, but not greater than necessary, to achieve the purposes of sentencing.
