of Connecticut (the "Court") entered the Order Authorizing and Approving the Retention and

Employment of Pullman & Comley, LLC as Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured

Creditors, effective as of March 29, 2022 [Docket No. 298], (the "Retention Order").
