更重要：Dkt.763把“客户生产数据库”的结构说透了 Geyer自己在763里说： 他们团队： reviewed thousands of emails； cross-referenced客户status； 通过 HEX records and management 验证； 最后确定6,512； 客户按HID识别； 并汇总： 433,992,619.55 HCN 84,689,498.20 HDO 318,618,144.77 deposits 39,565,818.64 redemptions。 而且他明确说： 最终6512人数已经把要求cancel attorney-fee agreement的人剔除； 另有187名客户已经terminate attorney-client relationship。 这一页我觉得极其重要。 因为Geyer实际上已经承认： 他不仅是律师。 他同时控制/维护一套： 客户身份数据库 + HID验证 + deposit数据 + redemption数据 + HCN/HDO余额 + representation status 的大型claimant database。 这就是为什么我现在越来越不愿意只叫他“律师”。 从功能上讲，他更像： claim aggregator + claimant verifier + data compiler + litigation representative 四合一。
