**ORDERED** that the Motion is **GRANTED** as set forth herein; and it is further

**ORDERED** that the hearing to consider the Debtor's Motion for Protective Order is

**ORDERED** that the Debtor shall forthwith serve a copy of this Order to: a. The Office of the United States Trustee; b.
