or, in th e Alternative, PartialJoinder to United States Trustee' s Motion for an Order Directing

Appointm entofa Ch apter 11 Trustee (th e "Motion to Dism iss" )[ECF183].

2. Subsequentth ereto, th e Courtseta briefing sch edule w ith respectrequiring any opposition to be filed on or before May 11, 2022 and PAX' s reply briefto be filed by May 18,

5. On May 18, 2022, PAX filed its Reply. [ECF39 2].

Ata Status Conference before th e Courton M ay 17, 2022, th e Courtgranted th e parties th e opportunity to file supplem entalposition papers to address th e alternatives of dism issal, conversion or appointm entofa Ch apter 11 trustee no later th an 5:00 p.m . on May 20, 2022.
